Balance and Bloom Occupational Therapy welcomes referrals from families, carers, health professionals, educators and other relevant services. Providing some initial information about the person seeking support helps us understand their needs, determine whether our services are appropriate, and plan the most suitable next steps.
Once a referral is received, we will review the information provided and contact the family and/or referrer regarding the next steps, including current service availability and the intake process.
Submitting a referral does not guarantee an appointment or confirm acceptance into the service. Service availability may vary depending on current capacity, the type of support required and clinical suitability.
All information provided as part of the referral process is treated with strict confidentiality and managed in accordance with our privacy obligations.
